Can I leave earlier than the end of my reservation or reopen my locker during the period?
Yes, during your reserved period you have free access to the storage area and can open your locker as many times as you like.
You can also retrieve your belongings before the end of your reservation. The locker will only be rented again once your time has expired.
Can I store motorcycle gear in your lockers?
Yes, the lockers allow you to store helmets, jackets, suits, or motorcycle bags. We recommend choosing the size of the locker based on the size of your helmet, especially if you plan to store more than one. The Lockers in Town Lyon facility is close to the Line A metro stations: Hôtel de Ville and Cordeliers (a 6-minute walk).
We are also a 200-meter walk from the Terrasses bus stop (on the banks of the Saône), which can be reached in 10 minutes from Part-Dieu station via the C13 bus.

What should I do if I want to extend my booking while using your luggage storage service?
You can extend your booking at any time during the rental period—or even just after it has ended, if you have exceeded the original timeframe.
To do so, simply open the email containing the codes that you received at the time of payment.
